Job Description
1) Event management
• Oversee and execute events at the space;
• Manpower planning for events especially on weeknights and weekends;
• Handles event calendars and conduct viewing requests;
• Attend to walk-in enquiries;
• Respond to email enquiries and bookings request;
• Coordinate with Finance for invoicing of confirmed booking;
• Plan ad-hoc events e.g. Christmas pop-up, Fireside Chat;
• Engage existing partners and NGOs for partnership opportunities;
• Manage social media accounts and website;
• Other duties assigned by Group CEO.
2) Facilities management
• Coordinate for cleaning, pest control, other maintenance, and servicing;
• Responsible to renew Lift permit, Electrical licence etc;
• Replenish consumables e.g. tissue paper, hand soap etc;
• Attend to feedbacks or complains relating to the premise.
Requirement
• Diploma holder or higher with a few years of similar experience preferred;
• Independent, mature, proactive, and willing to learn;
