Job Description
- The ability to perform the reception, clerical, business functions efficiently to support an effective operation of activities in the centre at all times.
- Execution of best customer’s service in all communications in your work.
- Accuracy in entries of all business transactions related to patients
- Efficient organisation of your supportive functions to facilitate effective centre operation
- Ability to conduct professionally at work and in your communications with others.
- Willingness to improve on your skills to maintain and enhance competencies at current times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level with minimum of 3 credits including English.
- Familiarity with basic computer terminals is required.
- At least one year of clerical/ secretarial experience in medically related field is require
- Possess a positive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, result-focused and meticulous
- Keen learner who is able to manage tasks independently
