Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities

· Support finance, project, and operations Team in general admin duties.

· Assist full set of accounts and a good understanding of double entry.

· Familiar with preparation of customer quotations and sales orders to support finance, project, and operations activities.

· Tracking of customers quotations, sales orders, and project delivery schedule.

· Maintain proper documentation of finance, project, and operations control.

· Other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.


Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma Holder.

· Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Windows, and Power point.

· Assist in tasks and support finance, project, and operations team in the execution of projects, operations, accounting, and administrative duties.

· 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

· Location: Gul Lane, West Singapore.
