- Prepare quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Handle all receivables and payables (i.e. swimmer's term fee, swimming competition fee, part-time coaches payments etc)
- Responsible for preparation, reconciling and closing of monthly and quarterly inter-company transactions.
- Filing quarterly GST submission
- To assist in other finance or administrative functions as and when required by team
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Well verse in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, AutoCount
