Job Responsibilities
- Function as main point-of-contact between the Team and client.
- Lead, manage and coordinate the performance and delivery of the scope indicated in the Contract.
- Ensure that the KPIs and Contractual SLAs are met.
- Oversee strategic deployment of manpower, where necessary, timely leadership support and commitment.
- Manage and ensure that any potential changes to scope of work are discussed, documented and agreed.
- Manage the daily operations of the project and performance of the team(s)
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years of management experience
- Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage
