Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.
- Establishing selection criteria for candidates.
- Utilizing various online platforms and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Planning and executing interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluating candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
- Crafting job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
- Taking the lead on employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Projecting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Cultivating ongoing relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 – 4 years in TA for blue collar roles.
- Experience in F&B/FMCG.
- Strong knowledge in employment laws
