Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Responsible for daily financial management, including handling accounts, recording invoices, and organizing vouchers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audit preparation.
- Handle payroll distribution, expense reimbursement review, and other related financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and fund management to ensure the financial operations' stability.
- Manage employee records, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, preliminary resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Provide daily administrative support to employees, address related inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in organizing internal company events and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in financial management, familiarity with Singapore's tax and financial regulations.
- Basic understanding of administrative and human resources work, with the ability to independently handle related tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software, with basic computer operation skills.

- Salary: Monthly SGD 3800++
