Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
To assist the Project Manager/Professional Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the workers or sub-contractors in daily operations.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule and objectives.
- To work as according to the blue prints/drawings accurately.
- To monitor the progress and ensure the quality of work.
- Ensure the safety, standard and timeline are strictly adhered to.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Requirement
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Experiences in Structural works and General Building works will be advantageous.
- Possesses relavent WSQ/WSH certifications is mandatory.
- Good attitude, self-motivated, leadship quality, strong problem-solving and communication skills is a must.
- Able to communicate in English. Good written skill is a bonus point.
- Able to write and speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese clients.
