Our client, as one of oil and gas trading companies holds a strong presence in Asia and they are looking to hire a Merchandiser (FMCG).
Key Responsibilities:
· Maximize profitability through enhanced sales merchandising standards and optimized sales space.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance convenience retailing opportunities and establish competitive advantages in the C-store network.
· Provide guidance on visual merchandising and efficient store management practices.
· Evaluate and report on current product offerings, sales performance, and profit margins.
· Manage suppliers by reviewing merchandise mix, negotiating trading terms, and implementing collaborative initiatives for mutual benefit.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
· Individuals with at least 5 years’ experience in retailing, FMCG/Retail industry with store experience will be an advantage
· Passionate about consumer trends and pro-active in being creative
· Good analytical skills and detailed
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
