We are representing our client, a local chain of boutique which produce and own various local designer labels, to identify suitable candidates for the following position:
SALES EXECUTIVE CUM FASHION CONSULTANT
(Package: basic + attendance allowances + attractive revenue sharing commission)
Responsibility
- Helps client work towards their fashion goals by picking out outfits to match their preference, style, body type and budget.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and monthly outlet volume and sales targets through constant upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead and mentor outlet sales members in achieving and growing outlet sales
- Upholding Company’s customer satisfaction standards through excellent sales service
- Understanding customer’s needs through active listening and provide expert styling advice on Company’s product ranges and versatility.
- Work with key functional teams on operations and merchandise-related matters.
- Uphold and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Facilitate in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
Requirements
- Sales driven.
- 5 years relevant fashion retail experience.
- Passionate about customer service and creating a unique brand experience within our boutiques.
- Team player with exceptional eye for detail that enjoys working and engaging with people.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and form relationship at all levels.
- Able to speak and communicate effectively in English.
