Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
- 360 Recruitment Process (From managing job postings, Talent Longlisting, Candidate shortlisting, interview arrangements and follow-up to final onboarding and integration.)
- Collaborate with clients from various industries to understand their specific staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on effective recruitment strategies and candidate selection.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Preferably be CEI Certified with relevant experience or is prepared to be certified.
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skill
