Job Scope
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide advisory services to internal stakeholders and customers relating to compliance and audit matters.
- Carry out internal audits and participate in annual external audits.
- Develop, review and implement policies and procedures, and review of existing practices and controls, in accordance to regulatory requirements and updates.
- Conduct talks and training to customers on new compliance developments, requirements, and best practices.
- Development of solution proposals for customers based on the company’s current product offerings and capabilities, and customers’ compliance requirements.
- Perform effective and efficient communication with clients for requirements collection in different aspects.
- Take an active role in the fulfilment of company’s long-term compliance and business development goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent self-starter with ability to work within a team.
- No IT knowledge required. (Training will be provided.)
- General administrative experience in the small-medium enterprise environment will be a plus bonus.
- Open to mid-career change candidates.
