Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness of applicants.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze financial information to determine loan suitability and risk assessment.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Diploma
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm and Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
- Located near Ubi MRT
