Job Scope
- Provide technical consulting and support to internal sales and customers with regards to IT solutions.
- Development of solution proposals for customers based on the company’s current product offerings and capabilities, and customers’ requirements.
- Conduct effective and efficient communication with clients for requirements collection in different aspects.
- Assist in conceptualization, design and execution, of new suites of IT solutions based on industry trends and requirements.
- Assist in development and fulfilment of company’s long-term IT project goals.
- Participate in customer engagement, promotion and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties.
- Carry out technical related activities and response to incidents, escalations, and maintenance related activities in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent self-starter with ability to work within a team.
- No IT knowledge required. (Training will be provided.)
- General administrative experience in the small-medium enterprise environment will be a plus bonus.
- Open to mid-career change candidates.
