Job Scope:
1. Sales and Marketing
- Answer enquiries & coordinate lessons
- Build relationships with existing & new customers
- Assist in social media marketing (eg. create post)
- Develop social media content
- Create new products & marketing ideas
- Keep track & maintain of various portal listings
2. Administrative duties
- Check & reply work email accounts
- Coordinate schedule/communication between teachers & students
- Collect payment & issue reminders
Preferred:
*Familiar with Andriod phone
*Basic understanding of social media (eg Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram)
*Organised, Proactive
*Able to multi-task
*Able to work alone & with others
*Have an experimental mindset
