Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support.
- Preparing reports based on instructions from General Manager.
- Preparing Powerpoint presentations based on instructions.
- Updating corporate websites and social media pages.
- Working with marketing team to prepare brochures & marketing literature.
- Assist with office-related administrative matters such as collect and screen resumes.
- Answer, transfer, and forward all incoming phone calls including taking messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries from time to time, including parcels and express courier packages.
Experience And Skills:
- Previous experience in a professional services environment.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelors-level degree holder or equivalent.
- Experienced in using SAP.
- Professional level knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in business correspondence.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Able to cope well with time constraints and work under pressure.
