Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing general administrative support.
  2. Preparing reports based on instructions from General Manager.
  3. Preparing Powerpoint presentations based on instructions.
  4. Updating corporate websites and social media pages.
  5. Working with marketing team to prepare brochures & marketing literature.
  6. Assist with office-related administrative matters such as collect and screen resumes.
  7. Answer, transfer, and forward all incoming phone calls including taking messages.
  8. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries from time to time, including parcels and express courier packages.

Experience And Skills:

  1. Previous experience in a professional services environment.
  2. Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
  4. Bachelors-level degree holder or equivalent.
  5. Experienced in using SAP.
  6. Professional level knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  7. Experience in business correspondence.
  8. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  9. Able to cope well with time constraints and work under pressure.
