Job Scope
- Planning, developing and coordination of all clinical safety activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on continuous improvement to achieve best clinical outcome
- Receiving clinical safety reports and peforming investigations on feedback relating to clinical issues
- Preparation of outcome reports
- Presentation slides preparation and coordination of meetings
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing with 1-2 years of nursing experience preferably in acute setting
