- Setting up vendors in Workday, and liaising with our Legal Department and a third party to execute new vendor contracts
- Processing purchase orders and invoices in Coupa for payment in coordination with Company’s Account Payable team
- Processing credit card payment claims for marketing services
- Reconciling & reporting on monthly budget actuals and advising on necessary accruals
- Updating the Hive9 budget management tool and assisting with monthly budget forecast adjustments
- Support the Regional Events team with Events administration and logistics as required before, during and after events. This involves occasionally being onsite at events in the company office and other venues.
- Managing the APAC marketing inbox and marketing forms to filter and update inbound leads into the CRM system, an addition to creating new leads from events.
- Adhoc administration support as required
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance or operations related role
- Experience or exposure to marketing and/or professional services beneficial
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or budget management
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
