What You'll Do:
As a Project Executive (ACMV), you'll play a key role in the success of our projects, from initial planning to final commissioning. You'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Lead teams of supervisors, foremen and workers.
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, subcontractor management and quality control, in conjunction with safety consciousness.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.
- Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for ACMV projects, optimising resource utilisation.
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain transparency and build strong relationships.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems.
- Identifying and proactively resolving potential issues to minimise delays and ensure project success.
- Responsible for project logistics, scheduling and deployment of manpower and tools.
- Responsible for development of personnel under the team, advocating for discipline, safety, training, continuously learning and upgrading skills of on ground team members.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Relevant certifications in Construction M&E OR Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the ACMV/HVAC and electrical industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems, along with relevant technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with basic usage of Autodesk Revit or BIM related software.
- Construction related certifications to perform duties, eg. Safety, M&E, etc.
- A natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and adversity.
