The Leasing & Facilities Executive will support the Leasing & Facilities Manager on all leasing and facilities matters of the company’s owned or leased buildings, locations and facilities.
Responsilities:
Facilities Management - Ensure that the Group’s properties are in good and tenantable condition and attend to all facilities related issues.
- Plan and schedule maintenance works and projects (upgrading works and renovation as and when required)
- Review maintenance contracts on their specifications and contents and put up the necessary approval to the HOD for their executions.
- Conduct periodic inspection to all our properties to ensure that they are well maintained.
- Assist the Manager in Capex and Opex planning.
- Office Management for Head Office
Leasing - Attend to all leasing matters relating to the Group’s owned or leased properties based on the leasing life cycle.
- Lease out and manage the Group's properties which includes but not limited to, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, securing and attending to all tenancy related matters.
- Manage the Group's properties to ensure that they are in good and tenantable condition and attending to all facilities related issues.
- Draft and review tenancy agreements.
- Handle rental arrears.
- Establish, develop and manage long-term customer relationships in order to maintain good landlord and tenant relationships.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management with 1 year of working experience in leasing/ building management.
- Those with more years of experiences will be considered for the senior executive position
- Knowledge in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with Procurement
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Good analytical and numerical skills
