· Experienced Test Management professional with more than 9+ years of experience in delivering complex programs
· Including Testing (Functional, Automation - UI & API, Performance, Mobile), Product Analysis and Scrum Management, Project Management, UAT Support.
· Capable of managing a bigger team size comprising of both functional and automation testing
· Hands on experience in managing automation team in Web UI, API
· Must have lead a team of functional and automation test engineers
· Proven experience in various delivery models (Waterfall and Agile)
· Hands on in test planning and Productivity Metrics
· Ability to delivery automation KPIs like regression and in sprint automation
· Hands on in test management tools like Jira/HP ALM
· Strong Stakeholder Management and experience in running regular deliver governance with senior stakeholders
· Test Management, Delivery, Bid Management, Vendor Management, Facilitation, Reporting
· Proficient in various estimation techniques
