Our client is a F&B Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities for determining, planning, and implementing strategies to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production process efficiency by utilize various available resources.
- Coordinate production activities and resources to maintain efficient/smooth production workflows.
- Analyze/Evaluate production needs. plant capacity and available resources to foster continuous enhancements and deliver quality output to meet customer satisfaction.
- Manage staffing and training to enhance workforce skills and excellent productivity.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Proven work experience in Supervisory level
- At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry will be a bonus
