Job Description:
- Assist Building Manager in the daily operations.
- Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
- nvestigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
- Communicate well in English (both spoken and written) and is expected to establish good working rapport with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in facility/building or related industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in minimum 3 years in M&E and security system
