Job Description:
- Manage and respond to all correspondence regarding common property.
- Maintain organized records of documents, drawings, and materials related to Town Council matters.
- Keep a register of owners' and tenants' details and handle insurance policies as directed.
- Control and oversee the use of common property and recreational facilities.
- Issue notices to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate applications with government departments and competent authorities.
- Support Property Manager and Officers in tracking maintenance schedules and improvement works.
- Monitor staff movements and report to the Chief Operations Manager for deployment arrangements.
- Handle permit and waiver applications and manage appeals.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience
