Job Description:

  • Manage and respond to all correspondence regarding common property.
  • Maintain organized records of documents, drawings, and materials related to Town Council matters.
  • Keep a register of owners' and tenants' details and handle insurance policies as directed.
  • Control and oversee the use of common property and recreational facilities.
  • Issue notices to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate applications with government departments and competent authorities.
  • Support Property Manager and Officers in tracking maintenance schedules and improvement works.
  • Monitor staff movements and report to the Chief Operations Manager for deployment arrangements.
  • Handle permit and waiver applications and manage appeals.


Requirements:

  • Min GCE O Level
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience
