- Able to plan , manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects to complete on time and of desired quality.
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
- Material and Equipment Control.
- Leading and Managing of workers and sub-contractors on site.
- Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
- Coordinate and report project status on a regular basis.
- Requirements, Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS), Formwork supervisor, Core-trade Supervisor, Work-at-Heigh Supervisor.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
