Job Description
The main job responsibility for this position is the sales of clinical laboratory services; promote awareness of the products and services; understand customer’s needs, maintain positive working relationship, strategize client engagement and marketing plans to meet financial targets and to gather competitor information.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
- Generate sales with new customers
- Manage existing accounts
- Provide regular reports on sale activities
- Monitor market and competitors' activities
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Meet sales KPIs
Education and Experience
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree
- Required language(s): English
