About the Job
You will coordinate with stakeholders to gather information for Tender/RFP/RFQ submissions. Other responsibilities are as follow:
- Ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions.
- Track proposal status and participate in review meetings.
- Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing.
- Identify sales opportunities and support bid processes.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
Skills & Experiences Required
You will need min bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering.
- Minimum two years' experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with tender/bid life cycle.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and Microsoft Office tools.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
