Job Description.
- Attend to phone calls/ enquiries and follow up in preparing sales quotations, arrange for DO/Invoice
- Support Sales Team’s logistics, administrative matters and support to sales department
- Issue Sales Quotation & Purchase Orders Documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Filing of Documents
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by hiring manager and management if needed
Job Requirement
- Able to communicate with both English speaking associates and Mandarin speaking associates via email and phone.
-Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Fast learner
- Comfortable working in a team and able to perform under minimal supervision
- Interested working in a Sales department.
