Our client is in Retail / Hospitality / Hotel industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
- To respond to all kind of enquires
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and feedback within the system.
- Coordinate any necessary follow-up meetings
- Conduct follow-up calls/email with clients
- Assist guest to explore the surroundings
- Provide guests with the opportunity to enhance their experience
- Provide training to team members
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field of studies
- At least 4 to 6 years of related customer service / sales experience
