Responsibility
- Handle human resource issues in the whole process of company recruitment, employee management, performance management, employee’s discipline and grievance management.
- Bridging management-employee relationships by resolving needs, grievances or other concerns
- Handle the company payroll & time attendance system
- Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
- Ensure timely submission / regulatory compliance relating to MOM, CPF, IRAS etc
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, SOPs
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.
