We are looking for meticulous and committed individuals to join the Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for both general accounting and administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Accountants on accounting, finance, tax and audit matters
- Preparation of monthly reporting accounts
- Assist in GL, AR & AP functions
- Support and facilitate other departments on queries and facilitate in payment and collection matters
- Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and other reconciliation reports
- Prepare banking transactions
- GST Preparation & Filing
- Provide administrative support for Finance
- Adhoc duties if required
Requirements
- LCCI Higher, Diploma in Accounting/Business or higher qualifications
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Able to work independently and eager to learn more
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and experience in SAGE or similar accounting software are advantageous
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Multi-task and work independently following tight deadlines
- Able to start work at short notice, or immediately
