Job Description
- Sourcing and launching of new products.
- Manage project plan by reviewing specifications, plan, provide recommendations and schedule changes.
- Conduct study on pricing and promotion mechanics.
- Develop and implement strategies to execute the business plan to achieve desired results.
- To update our travel solutions in our systems.
- To provide operational support to our regional teams in Southeast Asia.
- To resolve operational issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support the customer service operations team on customer enquiries.
Job Requirements
- Diploma Holder
- Able to converse in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Dependable and a good time player
- Ability to communicate effectively, resolve customer complaints
