Principal Responsibilities

The Employee Experience and Engagement Asia Lead is responsible for Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion to build connectivity, strengthen our culture and reflect our values. This role will require the individual to strategize, develop and implement training programs and development solutions for the organization globally, but with a specific focus and ownership for Asia.


In this new position you will have the opportunity to gain exposure across the firm and make an immediate impact. Working with the Global Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, HR Business Partners, managers and senior stakeholders, the individual will plan learning curriculums and development initiatives that supports the business, both firm-wide as well as at the department specific need. They will also have exposure and contribute to the DE&I Asia committees.


Qualifications/Skills Required

  • 7 years minimum direct experience in Human Resources or consulting, with substantive work experience in the field of Learning and Development and Diversity and inclusion, ideally in financial services.
  • Up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
  • Able to collaborate and build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to surface insights and areas of focus.
  • Experienced and strong in program management, execution and managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to manage the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including planning, scheduling, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced at content creation, content delivery and effective facilitation.
  • Experienced in ensuring global consistency and working effectively across a global team.
  • Has strong analytical skills and an ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategic recommendations to continually improve outcomes in learning, development, inclusion, diversity and retention.
  • Can assist in the coordination of communications and change management strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Demonstratable organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong ownership of work.
  • Demonstrates good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data.
  • Experienced in managing and developing individuals and a team.
