Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Administration Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Project Sales Team:

  • Manage incoming sales calls/emails and perform leads administration.
  • Source new leads from Tender Portals.
  • Create, compile, and submit tender documents.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.

Provide administrative support for the Services Sales Team:

  • Prepare maintenance contract renewal notices.
  • Compile services sales reports to track renewals.

2. Marketing Support

Offer administrative support to the Marketing Team, focusing on sales-related activities:

  • Assist in developing marketing materials.
  • Support marketing projects/events.

3. Other Roles

  • Assist the Head of Operations and Managing Director in various administrative matters.
  • Act as a buddy to the Administration Executive.
  • Aid in matching supplier invoices with necessary documents and input into the system.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Level.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
