Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Project Sales Team:
- Manage incoming sales calls/emails and perform leads administration.
- Source new leads from Tender Portals.
- Create, compile, and submit tender documents.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
Provide administrative support for the Services Sales Team:
- Prepare maintenance contract renewal notices.
- Compile services sales reports to track renewals.
2. Marketing Support
Offer administrative support to the Marketing Team, focusing on sales-related activities:
- Assist in developing marketing materials.
- Support marketing projects/events.
3. Other Roles
- Assist the Head of Operations and Managing Director in various administrative matters.
- Act as a buddy to the Administration Executive.
- Aid in matching supplier invoices with necessary documents and input into the system.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Level.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
- Ability to work independently.
- Immediate availability to start work.
