THE COMPANY
Our client is a renowned organization in the Chemicals industry with a strong presence globally. They are looking for a Senior/Process Engineer to join their team, reporting to the Plant Manager.
THE ROLE
The Senior/Process Engineer is responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize process efficiency, improve yield, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process designs.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize engineering principles and methodologies to design and implement process improvements, including equipment upgrades, layout modifications, and workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and research and development, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering in a chemical manufacturing environment
