About This Role
As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead our influencer marketing team in developing and executing innovative and impactful campaigns for our clients. This role involves setting the strategic direction for influencer marketing initiatives, building and maintaining key relationships with top-tier influencers, and ensuring that our campaigns align with clients' brand objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our influencer marketing department and driving overall business growth.
Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of influencer managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile influencers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and influencer marketing trends.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but optional.
