We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, motivated, and ambitious Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines, with a focus on quality, flavour, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of all food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items and specials.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
