Responsibilities of the Head of Business Consulting include:
Accountability for the overall Business Consulting resourcing in the region
- Accountable for the regional Business Consulting resource planning in accordance with the regional growth plan
- Participating the sub-region resource planning together with the team leads and Sub-Region management
- Participating the recruiting process together with the Team Leads and Sub-Region management
- Accountability of the Partner Business Consulting involvement and ecosystem growth
- Accountable for tracking the Business Consulting resource consumption and bookings
Accountability for the quality and development of the RELEX Business Consulting Method in the region
- Consolidating, promoting and validating Business Consulting method
- Accountability for the quality of the customer business process description in the region – promoting and validating design method that maximizes the customer business value and is optimized for a sustainable RELEX implementation
- Escalation point for Business Consulting related topics across customer lifecycle – pre-sales, sales, project implementation, post project
- Close collaboration with global RELEX Business Consulting development - ensuring compliance with Global Practices as well as regional contributing to the global Practices
- Accountability for the collection of Business Consulting development requests from the region
- Business Lead role in key implementation projects
Accountability for the Growth Path of the regional Business Consulting team members
- Ensuring growth and development of the team members across the career path
- Accountable for the definition and execution of Business Consulting training model in the region
- Accountability for the Partner Business Consulting training in the region
- Accountable for coaching and support structure for the Business Consulting covering all the phases of the career path
In addition the Regional Head of Business Consulting is expected to Support the presales and sales from the point of view of Business Consulting, i.e.
- Acting as RELEX Business Consulting Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Presales process when necessary
- Participating Project Sales: project planning, commercial and contractual discussions, representing RELEX Business Consulting in Prospect meetings
- Supporting the definition of the Business Consulting component in Upsell & Cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with CSM and Sales
- Final responsibility for the Business Consultant workload estimations in the region
