Job Responsibilities
- Lead market segmentation and opportunity assessment efforts to prioritize product development, solutions, and narratives with a focus on solutions for small services businesses.
- Identify significant long-term opportunities based on quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and a strategic view of the direction of the market.
- Represent the voice of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product alpha and beta tests and launches for businesses, globally.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader company ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning.
- Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy, PR.
- Partner effectively with Product Management and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications for new business products.
- Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective creative assets are created to drive product adoption and usage.
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in a startup or corporate environment with experience in product management, product marketing, strategy consulting or related field
- Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Quantitative analytical experience
- Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
- Experience in messaging platforms, commerce platforms (e.g. enabling ecommerce, marketplaces, etc.) is desired.
- Should have good communication skills
