- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support (to the director and his team).
- Work independently and fully support the director in all areas under his instruction and supervision (both work and personal).
- Assist in resolving work problems and handling complex situations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Work closely with various team: i.e. Sales Managers, Sales Support department, Project Managers (e.g. data entry, research, presentations and preparing reports).
- Responsible for the organization of meetings, conferences and team bonding events, including preparation of minutes.
