Job description:
- Greet customers as they approach counter
- Pack and serve take away food as per customer order
- Greet and respond to customer enquiry in a friendly manner
- Process customer’s orders and generate their bills through cashless payment via POS systems
- Provide answers to queries presented to clients regarding services and offers made available
- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
- Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist in food preparation and simple cooking
- Ensure stocks & supplies are sufficient for daily operation
- Plan staff roster
Job Requirement:
- Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
- Ability to maintain composure during rush hours
- Deliver quality and excellant customer service
- Team player
- Able to perform flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends and public holiday.
- Ability to speak and communicate in English
- Friendly, Polite & Independent
- Work in a Shopping Centre environment.
- 6 days work week
