- Advising and providing support on legal matters across range of internal and external transactions including corporate, commercial, banking and general advisory work
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of deal documentation and commercial contracts
- Liasing with and instructing internal and external advisory teams to manage disputes and other complete transactions.
- Working closely with the various departments within the Vallianz Group on joint ventures, ECM, tenders and commercial contracts, banking facilities and shipping-related work.
- Good autonomy on various task including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, banking facility agreements and commercial contracts.
- Developing a good understanding of the group's business and progressively improving autonomy.
