Job Description
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.
- Conduct training sessions on performance management best practices.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Educate employees about benefits and address inquiries.
Compliance:
- Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on various HR topics.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) are often preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with specific experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Able to converse and write in Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin Speaking internal stakeholders in China.
