Job Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage
- Enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operation with internal and external users
- Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C and RFID
- Responsible in the handling of import and export shipment activities to avoid storage at port
- Provide monthly report for all inventory at our premise and 3rdparty warehouse
- Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
- Ensure safety protocols and RA to create a safe work environment for colleague and visitors
- Run annual stock take and sample stock take
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage
- Candidates are required to handle heavy materials
- Experienced in warehouse inventory management
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills
