- Lead the planning, execution special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Singapore, Malaysia and Regional teams.
- Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Engage with C-Level / senior leadership to drive key agenda and initiatives.
- Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators.
- Manage eCommerce website and online marketplaces, logistics, sale & marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate with platform partners to optimize brands’ visibility and conversion opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the brand strategy.
- Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing and advertising initiatives to optimize spending and achieve desired results.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.
