Responsiblities:
- Point of contact for existing customers and pricing enquiry of freight forwarding services
- Handle and assist on RFQ from international customers
- Prepare sales proposal and quotations based on customers requirement
- Follow up on sales proposal and collect customer feedback for improvement
- Maintain good relationship with internal and customers
- Handle customers complaint and to resolve the issue
- Coordinate with operations team in relations to the implementation of RFQ
- Develop new business accounts
- Travel to batam up to twice a week due to business needs
- Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification and above
- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar position in freight forwarding industry is preferred
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheet
- Proven record for Sales
- Independent, highly motivated individual and very resourceful
- Excellence in communication
