Our Client:

Our Client is a luxury jewellery brand that originated in France. We seek a Regional Client Activation Executive (One Year Contract – Renewable/Convertible) to deliver best-in-class Client Activation activities in the SEAO region by designing & implementing CRM outbound campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, aiming at enriching the overall client experience, targeting client acquisition, conversion & loyalty.


Job Responsibilities:

· Gather markets’ campaign needs and maintain the Regional CRM Campaign Calendar, ensuring all regional and local CRM campaign activations are up to date.

· Create monthly (and adhoc) reporting, analysis and sharing insights of the campaigns at both commercial and operational level.

· Define outbound CRM campaigns: From campaign brief co-creation to technical client journey building in the system, you will design and deploy the CRM communications based on markets’ yearly relational plan.

· Coordinate with multiple stakeholders: Internally with SEAO CRM community, with Marketing/communication & Digital teams, but also externally with our current agencies to develop and coordinate our campaigns execution.

· Outbound campaign performance reports execution and analysis: You will oversee the performance and monitoring of the activation activity: running A/B Tests to increase the performance of outbound contacts, ensuring optimal use of tools, measuring the engagement of campaigns, the impact on sales and the return on investment.


Job Requirements

· Minimum of 4 years’ experience with at least a first experience in CRM with SFMC for a Premium Retailer ideally in a global position.

· Basic knowledge of SFMC campaign management and have at least 1 SFMC certification (Min. SFMC Email Specialist) is a must.

· Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, Data Analytics, or any other CRM tools.

· Experience in Project Management including planning and assets preparation and covering multiple channels.

· Able to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment, independently at times, taking ownership of projects.
