Working Hour / Location : 8.45am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) / Alexandra
Remunerations : Up to $5,500 basic + V.Bonus (2 times payout, June and Dec) + yearly increment + permanent staff benfit
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
- Focuses on promoting and selling a specific product or service.
- Involves market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develops product messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborates with product development and sales teams for successful product launches and ongoing promotion.
Brand Marketing
- Concentrates on building and managing a company's brand identity and reputation.
- Establishes brand values, personality, and voice.
- Creates consistent messaging across all marketing channels to evoke emotions and connect with customers.
- Aims to build brand awareness, loyalty, and trust among consumers.
Trade Marketing
- Targets marketing efforts towards distribution channels such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors rather than end consumers.
- Focuses on promoting products within the retail environment through strategies like point-of-sale displays, trade promotions, and merchandising support.
- Aims to drive sales and strengthen relationships with channel partners.
Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)
- Focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Utilizes customer data and insights to personalize marketing messages and experiences.
- Implements loyalty programs, customer support initiatives, and feedback mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Aims to increase customer lifetime value and advocacy.
B2B Marketing (Business to Business)
- Targets businesses and organizations as customers rather than individual consumers.
- Involves longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and complex buying processes.
- Emphasizes relationship-building, trust, and demonstrating value through marketing collateral, case studies, and industry-specific content.
- Often involves targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key accounts effectively.
Requirements:
· Degree, Diploma in Marketing or any related discipline
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
· Possess good problem solving skills, results-oriented & communication skills.
· Meticulous, ability to multi-task & passionate to deliver projects on time.
· Possess a positive attitude and willing to learn new things.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
