Join the Data Protection Program, a pivotal initiative focusing on implementing robust measures to prevent data leakage and manipulation of sensitive information. As a Project Manager cum Business Analyst, you will play a key role in this program, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance protection levels. Reporting to the Data Protection Program Manager, this role combines project management (40%) and business analysis (60%).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define requirements through interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys, and process review.
- Utilize strong analytical skills, covering impact, risk, value add, dependencies, and more.
- Manage projects/initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project governance.
- Collaborate closely and communicate effectively on functional and technical aspects with data offices, business functions, and technical stakeholders.
- Work with the Manager to align program objectives, budget, and timeline.
- Escalate foreseeable risks and issues to the Manager, coordinating with production and project teams for scope delivery.
- Oversee project delivery timeline, committee setup, and transversal coordination.
- Ensure compliance with external data regulatory requirements and internal Group policies.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking industry, specializing in Data, Transformation, or Process Domain.
- Strong command of Excel VBA/Macros.
- Proven track record in successful project delivery.
- CIPT/CIPM certification is a plus (Optional).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting professionally with diverse groups and subject matter experts.
- Proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating teamwork and commitment to achieving project objectives.
- Synthesis and coordination skills, with focused communication to management and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving.
